Update: Customer Service was helpful. Nowhere in the manual did it say to hold down the button for several seconds. That worked! The straps also had no instructions & we’re frustrating to figure out. End of update-all is well. Looking forward to results:)The item will not turn on at all. I’ve followed the minimal instructions that are given, and it should be simple. It appears to be fully charged. There was absolutely no option of contacting anyone on the website until this customer service request for a rating. I hope this moves things forward to get a replacement. I am looking forward to trying the product.
