Faulty product and poor customer service

I received my current body series 2 mask and the mask was unable to register a charge. I tried several different outlets and power adapters as well as wiggling and making sure the power cord was pushed into the mask. Nothing worked and customer service is giving me the runaround. I messaged them immediately thinking they would be of more help but I still have a mask that is unable to charge.
