I'm definitely seeing results after only one month of use. It's comfortable to use and I like the 4-5x a week for 10 minutes which is very doable for me. However, the strap closure mechanism is really frustrating! That takes me the longest to do! The top portion doesn't want to stay in place and when you finally get it right and try to secure the velcro in the back it slides down the back of the head. All this while you have the hand controller dangling around. I did read this on other reviews and decided this would not be a deal breaker, but something better is needed for the strap!
