I would not recommend this product to anyone. I wish I could give NO stars. The customer service is horrible. They will never let you free return it - no matter what problem it is. They only allow you to return to them with 10% restocking, PLUS no tax amount is return, meaning you will lose 20% of the value if you ordered and it doesn't work for you. So be mindful and careful when you make the decision. Customer service line won't work, no one will pick up your call and take your complaints. I don't like the product because it is toooo bright. It hurt your eyes even with the mask they provided. It is NOT worth to risk your eyes for a little bit improvement(not sure if there will be eventually) on your skins. And it is not worth even to try it with 20% of charges of the product. Just asking around before your purchase OR return more reviews. I wish I did that before I made the purchase. If I know the customer service is not good, I won't even bother to try it. I saw lots of similar complaints already online.
