I really like MyProtein whey protein. So much so, that I still order despite having a lot of issues with their app and website.
Recently, I was trying to apply a discount code and ended up having two separate and very frustrating and long conversations via their chat box option for assistance. The people on the other end kept using canned responses that didn't make sense in context and they did not seem to understand what I was asking for. We were going in circles. One of them told me a customer service person would reach out via email. I received an email that told me to try something that did not work. You cannot reply to the email and there was no option for follow-up.
So finally, I tried to click the link on the myprotein webpage to send an email to myprotein and explain the situation and see if someone could help me. The link did not work in my browser or on my phone.
I eventually send an email to an address I found on line. I have not received a response.
Their app and webpages are clearly very buggy and it's impossible to get anyone to help.
It's a shame, because I really enjoy their protein powders. I will continue to order from them but I recommend them with caution.
