My first experience with No7 was a special offer to try one and get one free. This is my first time actually ordering from your website and it was extremely difficult navigating around. I couldn't add items to the basket unless I moved to a different screen, and come back. It was very slow moving to get to the next category. It was quite frustrating, but my order was entered and I'm looking forward to getting my makeup.
