I was saddened to hear of some of the disappointments expressed on this website, but I know the owner, and he went through an excruciatingly rough time during his wife's health issues and her sudden death as you can well understand. It even affected our business relationship for nearly a year. However, things are strengthening, the business is building and the formula is still as good as ever including an increase of Aspen Bark Extract natural preservative added to prevent molding. I'm also back on Amazon and they are well known for fast shipping and resolving any issues.
