NEED HELP

-I hope that my new service with this company gets better. I have had nothing but headaches since the line was run in Spring of 2024.-I kept getting emails with bills due and overdo, but my service was not active! Every month I would call and be told why it was not set up yet.-After my service finally was activated (in Spring 2025), I got a bill THAT day which was due the very NEXT day...REALLY?-Since then, I have had problems with the router working and the service being usable. Customer Service was not able to help me and suggested 3 other vendors that I could contact to help solve my problems. -Two weeks after my line finally was established and I had figured out how to operate and manage everything, the local tech contacted me to verify that everything was set up. I truly appreciated Felix contacting me and coming to check out my service, but it was a little too late as I already done everything that was needed to actually be able to use the service. -I am VERY unhappy with not being able to receive an invoice from which I can pay directly. The tech came in 2 weeks after my service started and walked me through paying the first invoice which already was overdo. I have called Customer Service and though that they were able to set it up so that my account would be removed from auto pay but now get an emaiI with an invoice and receipt for payment.
