We did not receive our order until a week after we expected it. We needed it for an event. Each time I spoke to someone on the phone about it they were very helpful but didn't understand why it wasn't sent. They told me they would take care of it and overnight it if necessary to get it here. I never heard anything about it and called again and was told they would call me back to let me know (I even gave them my cell number). I never heard anything again. They came regular mail a week after my event. No explanation, no apology and no discount for not being able to use them as intended.
