Always helpful and prompt. However, the folks who manage our account are constantly changing, so it's difficult to maintain any kind of real relationship with them. They also call us a bit too regularly. We only order pens once or twice a year but it seems like we hear from them once or twice a month, which feels like we're getting telemarketing calls and spam e-mails. A less regular check-in would provide us with a better experience, and we often avoid answering the phone if we know it's pens.com. Other than that, the service is great.
