We ordered pens for a trade show. When ordering the pens said a 5 day shipping. It came to 10 days and I messaged the chat and they said they expedited the order. On day 11 since I never received an email about it, I contacted them by chat again. I was then told that the pens are out of stock and we couldn't be helped. We then got a refund on the pens. Scrambling days before our event to find replacements. The magnets that we ordered were great except I noticed a bunch and some of the magnet missing (like there was some but chunks of it were gone). This was a horrible experience for us as we were not prepared to not have our promotional products.
