Poor customer service - delayed delivery. I placed this order with plenty of time for delivery before a big event. As the weeks went by, though, I was concerned they wouldn't arrive. I chatted customer service who told me several times that the product I ordered was out of stock (and provided no further information about it), which wasn't accurate. Then I called customer service who said it was in production and would let me know expected delivery date. Zero response. Lastly, I tried our account rep who again didn't respond or follow up. I would have easily paid for expedited shipping but the product did not arrive in time for my event nor was I informed when it'd be shipped so that I would be able to find something else instead. The product itself is fine... but some of the covers of the notebooks I saw so far were dirty and scratched. Given this experience it will make me think twice before ordering again and I would rather go somewhere that had better customer experience support.
