The original person I spoke with, and placed the large order with, promised delivery of the item several times. Dates were never kept. The phone extension for him was not valid and he quit answering phone calls and emails about the order. I was finally able to reach another sales representative and she was very helpful. She promised she would follow up with delivery updates and she did, exactly as she promised. Most importantly we finally received our order.
