I was disappointed with my recent orders, i informed your staff that i need the items by 10/5/2025 for promotion at one of the biggest important event for us, and i was promised that it will come ontime. but, all items came a week later which it's all sitting there now. I need an upfront answer, if you can not meet my deadline, let me know upfront, so I can plan accordingly.
