Extremely poor experience. Communication from this supplier was consistently lacking. Despite placing our order well in advance, I had to keep chasing for updates and received no meaningful response. Then, just four days before our major expo, I was informed the pens were out of stock — information that should have been shared much earlier. They later advised the product was back in stock but would not arrive in time for the event.This level of service is unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive orders. If you need reliability, transparency, and basic communication, I would strongly recommend looking for another supplier.
