I ordered pens to commemorate our 135th Church Anniversary, the imprint was smeared and the letters ch was left off the end of church, and we were not able to distribute the pens to our guest as we had planned. I don’t believe pens were inspected before shipping to me, otherwise I feel the error could have been caught.
