The rep from pens.com was changed. I asked new rep to make a “ re-order.” He stated he could not find my account or get in my account. He kept pushing me to update my logo or add to design. I said no it was a re-order. He gave me a quote that was significantly higher than first price. I said no. He kept putting me on hold. He finally did the re-order with the same prices I had. I spent over 2200. On re-order products. When the order arrived he had added on extra writing to pens and bags ( unauthorized) he shipped the wrong size bags and one set of bags still has not arrived He added 1000 for unauthorized tariff charges. I have asked pens.com to pick up incorrect bags. It’s been a week. My event is sun Oct 26– the bags are too small that they sent. I’ve called EVERY day for a manager. They offered 485. For charges on artwork taxes shipping and tariffs. They told they would listen to recording which I was glad because it will let them hear conversation and the truth
