Half my order arrived and the pens were in pieces. We called and you are processing a replacement order, the replacement invoice I got emailed had a price showing to be charged. The charge hasn't hit my account yet so I hope it doesn't. I haven't received the replacements yet. My second box arrived and there were a few in pieces too, however there were about 10 or 15 and the pieces were all in the box and I was able to put them back together.
