I placed an order and was told it would be completed in2 weeks, exactly 2 weeks later I called to check on the status and I was told that that pen was not in stock. Instead of communicating with me and letting me know that I needed to choose a different color, I was told nothing.I then asked if a rush order could be done and didn’t care what color I would get, I just needed more, I was told I have one choice, which I was okay with.I was told a rush would be placed on my order and I would get it in a week. It still took over two weeks.I will shop other companies at this time because I felt like I was lied to.
