I am a return customer. The information sent to me in the mail said the pens would cost 1.99 and I purchased 100 of them. I received an invoice that added shipping, set up and tariff fees to my order that raised my bill to $312.00. When I called customer service they refused to adjust the bill at all and if fact treated me quite rudely. I will not purchase again.
