The rep helping was very accommodating and helpful. The products I order are great. Quality is better than I expected. However, I was told all my items would arrive before a said date (an event I had) and only 2 out of 3 arrived. I paid for expedited shipping. I tried contacting the rep who helped me, sent a few emails, received no response. Very strange
