We really like the customized pen lights but were disappointed when many of them arrived clicked on, probably due to being packed loosely in the box. Several of the pen lights were failing due to the batteries running down. Granted they were purchased at a discounted price but we did not plan to have to buy replacement batteries. Hate to give them as gifts to customers if they quickly stop working as this will not reflect well on us.
