As of 10/6/25. I have still not heard from pens.com after they said they would contact me.Received my order that was poorly printed (smaller font used and uneven spacing between lines). I was told it was an exact reproduction of my first order that was perfect. I requested it to be redone. I don't want 10% back, I want them to look like my first order. I would like to return pens and have them re-printed, they declined to do so. Asked for a supervisor to call me and they never did. Extremely disappointed.
