I was assured that my order would be received on time for a major trade show.I also paid for expedited shipping.The order arrived 5 days AFTER the trade show.I would like a refund for the shipping and a discount since I now have hundreds of Pens sitting in a box in my conference room. I have reach out for Pens. com to make things right and nothing but radio silence!Update 10/01/25, Pens.com has responded and I will update this review if they adequately address my complaint. 2nd Update: Pens.com has offered to compensate me for the problem, and as such, I have upgraded my review to reflect this improvement in customer service and experience.
