Delivered my product 6 days after the promised date. I even made 3 separate calls to cancel if need be, as it would be useless if not received by the agreed time, agents assured me it was not an issue. I am requesting a full refund, but being given the run around and no one ever has an answer other than we will get back with you, and never happens. My business was with pens.com, if you contract out, I must say that is not my problem, perhaps you need to revise who you associate with. I hold pens.com solely responsible for getting my order on time regardless of who fulfills it.
