I ordered 4 hats with logos. The hat image that was sent to me showed a logo approx 3 inches by 3 inches. The proof that was sent to me was approx 2 inches by 2.25 inches. The final size of the logo sent to me on the hats was approx 1 7/8 inches by 1 7/8 inches. I have communicated with customer service for over a week which has included 6 emails with ZERO progress toward a resolution. It’s a consistent … we are in communication with our vendor about this situation… blah, blah, blah. I am amazed at this stall tactic and hope somebody has the sense to resolve this issue by simply taking the hats back, giving me a refund, or providing a credit. The hats are still in the delivery box and will never be worn because that size of the logo is embarrassing. Thanks again for providing me with another opportunity to restate my situation as I’ve had to so six times already with no progress.
