I never received what I ordered. When my order arrived, it had the right text in just some ordinary font someone else had chosen and NOT my logo artwork that was approved. A replacement set of pens was sent right away with the correct logo BUT they were not the same pens I had ordered and feel way cheaper. What I had ordered were metal pens with rose gold trim and instead I ended up with plastic pens with silver trim. Extremely dissatisfied. I had even sent pics too.
