I have been purchasing items from P ens.com for years. I had a hard time getting to speak to a representative to place my order. I was put on hold on one occasion and after over 20 mins I hung up the call. I was still frustrated when I decided to try to reorder. I was urinalysis was going to purchase 500 pens and changed my mind and cut the order to 300.Also I do not recall being told that charges for the 300 pens would be an additional $59.40 for tariffs. I have also placed an additional order forthcoming. I will pay for the pen and flash lite order, however because of the tariff charges I will not be making any purchases from Pens.com.Respectfully,Ron Knowles (re: Milo Veterans Memorial)
