Ordered a tshirt and the logo was faded as if it had been washed 20 times. Ordered 2 pullovers. One was fine, but the other had a nick in the logo. Immediately sent customer service an email with pictures. No response, so called a week later and representative said she was "pulling my email and creating a ticket." 2 weeks later and still no response.Updated 10/1/25 - Another 2 weeks and still nothing, no resolution. I ordered these pieces because I needed branded clothing to wear during events. So disappointed that this is how you treat your customers.
