We use Pens.com frequently. However this last order was the most dissapointing. Over 100 of the pens were distroyed by ink during shipment. Due to the poor packaging when shiped. They are all put in 1 plastic bag within a box and shipped together. Perhaps they should be put in bags of smaller quantity to keep the ink from ruining so may. Also our imprint on some of the pens was crooked or already faded looking. The company did promptly replace the damaged pens. However it seems like they could avoid the damage by making some shipping adjustments. Product needs to be checked for quality before being sent out.
