My order was horribly disappointing and not as described. I ordered pens for my campaign and can't even use them because they are so embarrassing. You can barely read the print. I have basically been begging to get help with this order, but the company offered a 10 percent off coupon on my next order and stopped responding. Why would I order again if this product turned out so awful.
