Order was wrong, incomplete, and quality was poor. Sent me over 25 pens of another person's order. I only received 18 of my own Pens. The top of the laser engraving was partially cut off and it was super hard to see. Not impressed at all. Also, quit charging people with the Tariff fees. Eat those fees or make them in the US.
