Ordered water bottles for our elementary school walk-a-thon. Called on a Tuesday late afternoon and they were able to get our tax-exempt status added to our account while on the phone. I got a proof in my email the next morning, it was in production shortly thereafter, and we had the product delivered on Saturday morning. They look even better in person and the kids are thrilled when they get one. Even better that it is a USA made product. Highly recommend!
