The ordering process was not intuitive. Selecting a background colour for our items seemed unnecessarily confusing. If we tried to select no colour, the order showed we were apparently ordering something in beige. We had to scroll thro dozens of options before selecting something that was hopefully white. There is no opportunity to just select No Background Colour anywhere. The only way to amend or change an order was to delete everything and start over. This made the ordering process and lot longer than expected.
