After a second try at getting the imprint correct and assuring me the font size would be corrected, I was sent 100 more of the bad imprint. The customer services representative, when I pointed out in my review of the imprint design that the size was the same as the incorrect order assured me that was simply the size of the imprint area and not the font. I'm done with this company. If asked I will recommend people away from Pens.com.
