My order, where proof was approved, was received without my logo. The fix was not conducive with the customer in mind. It was not a replacement of goods but the choice of re-order with 50% off OR get a full refund. That is unacceptable. I should have, at the very least, received a replacement of my order with a prepaid shipping label to return incorrect products.
