I am happy with the quality, I was not happy with the pricing. I had ordered 250 pens 4mos ago and placed my order for exactly the same thing. When I received my quote, it was 80.00 more than what it was 4mos ago. They were charging me 41.99 for shipping and also 19.99 for a logo set up fee (even though we have been ordering for years now), and of course and they now list "tariffs" as a line item (they did last do that on my order from 4mos ago, but now the tariff prices is another 15.00 higher). I am very disappointed especially since my company has been a loyal customer and I will be researching other companies for when I need to order more pens.
