Wrong color of pens. This was a re-order so I don't know it could be wrong. I contact customer support. Sent them pictures as they requested. I received a call a couple days later and they offer a 30% discount. All I want was the same pens and color that I ordered before. They responded with a 40% discount. I explained that I want the original colors to with my marketing strategy. Its been a week and I still don't know what they are doing. Therefore, I have to shop for a new supplier so I get them on time for our next home show.
