Family member sent hat to me as a gift. Pens sent it to the wrong address even after I asked them to change it repeatedly. Then UPS delivered it to the wrong “wrong” address and weeks later I still have no hat and no resolutions. Will likely have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not use this company. If there are any issues, good luck getting your money back. Very bad customer service. I don’t know about quality of goods. I never received them.
