I have ordered from Pens.com for about 8 years for my tax preparation business. The good news is that the product is high quality and delivery is consistent and reliable. My clients look forward to getting new pens each year and I enjoy giving them away!The bad news is that I don't feel as if my sales reps listen to anything I say other than trying to make a new sale. I receive multiple emails from my "personal representative" within weeks of each other. Each time is a new rep that I have never worked with before. I have a spreadsheet that historically tracks my cost per pen and have to refer to it every time to be sure I'm getting the best deal. The rep always says that they're giving me the best deal the very first time - not true. This year it took three separate phone calls with three separate quotes before I get the price I was looking for. The first two quotes were 30% to 40% more per pen than I had paid last year.
