I used to love the Zip app and used it for several years without any problems. About a month ago, I suddenly got locked out of my account. I’ve contacted customer service several times through the app and by phone, but they haven’t been able to explain why my account is locked. They also told me there was no supervisor I could speak to and advised me just to wait.I waited a few weeks, tried using the app again, and it worked once—but after that, it stopped working again. I’m still locked out, and I haven’t received any follow-up or resolution from anyone. It’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no way to reach someone who can actually help. It feels like the app is completely disconnected from the people who are supposed to support it.
