It was impossible to get from the overpriced version you were trying to sell me back to the price I was paying before the "FREE" upgrade you gave me mid-term. You wanted me to pay nearly $400 for a 2 year subscription compared to $75 that I paid for the current year. I had to waste my time calling your helpline to get the correct rate. Very shady way to sell your product - almost as bad as the characters you are supposed to be protecting me from!!
