ESET seems to be doing a good job protecting my laptop, but it’s not at all user friendly. I can’t figure out how to access any features. When I try to solve something, the “solution” is so roundabout that I can never figure it out. When I’m informed there’s an issue, I have no clue how to chase it down. The other problem is that I paid for protection and later found out that my iPhone could not be protected. Now I’m not sure what to do about that.
