Easily the single WORST customer service experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing in 50+ years. First connection I was hung up on after waiting for 15 mins to connect. Second connection I was literally insulted by the gentleman from India with such a heavy accent I could not understand 90% of what he said, although I did understand "Is $58.54 really a lot of money to you?" then he hangs up. After over an hour an a half with the third rep we gave up and indicated we wanted a full refund of our money, they put us on hold for over an hour before we gave up and hung up. We will fight the charges with our bank as nothing was ever resolved. I use ESET on another PC and going forward I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again for any reason due to how incredibly inept and awful their customer service experience is.
