i love the protection but there are too many places to have to check if you are changing devises. that part is not easy. i have the renewal on auto but there was a separate charge a month or 2 before that i don't know where they are applying the service. so now i have to work twice as hard to find out why i am being over charged and if it is so services, do i still have those devices. all should be in one area and if the client needs help consolidating them all, it should be easy and it isn't.
