While your software seems to do a good job, your customer support is terrible. I was unable to load eset onto my phone. I tried following multiple sets of instructions without success. I was on the phone with your customer service and after 45 minutes she hung up on me. I'm a programmer so not an idiot. But from the repetitive steps she took me through, I was finally able to piece together the process that allowed me to load it. Another 15 minutes. I was at the end of my patience. Had this last bit not produced results, I was about to ditch you altogether and complain to my credit card company to get a refund. Is it really so difficult to list CLEARLY the steps in order and not make assumptions about people's prior experience with software architecture which in the end was the issue.
