The website for renewal is a train wreck. As an example, every license has its own billing information, even though they are all under one account. Navigation is a mess; there are multiple ways of doing things but one has to hunt for them and the meaning isn't always clear.Also, the antivirus product reports that the status has changed in Windows for startup scripts and it has allowed the change, but it never says anything useful whatsoever about what the specific change that it allowed was. The scanning interface is messy and restrictive.There are lots of other problems. ESET seems to have a good basic program (or so I hope), but interfaces are not their strength.
