Excellent service team, based here in the US. They actually answer the phone when you call (and sound extremely happy to do so)…they are friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in every way.Something that I feel extremely important should be noted here, is that I no longer feel the pressure of having to purchase a new computer because mine will not accept Windows 11. I have been assured by the ESET group that they will be protecting my computer every day running in tandem with Microsoft, even as Microsoft cuts back their protection, they will be filling in the blanks until Microsoft cuts protection altogether. At which point ESET will be in full control. They are still protecting Windows 7…So I’m assuming I just bought 3 to 5 years of peace of mind while using my perfectly good PC running windows 10. ESET by the way is a very, very affordable product.
