I was trying to contact ESET to sign in with my email and password. The password may not be on record with ESET, but my email account certainly is: I've had ESET contact me for billing purposes when I forgot to change my credit card acct number after I replaced the card. When I try to change my password under my email account, I get an Invalid Account message. I am not able to convey this problem to the AI-driven dialogue on the web page.
