Very frustrating renewal process. I was first notified to renew via a link in a random email. Very suspicious at a minimum. There’s no phone number to call & get help. The chat wanted me to pay 2-3 times the base rate. Then the chat just stopped. A very unprofessional experience. I may shop for a new provider but I’m lock in for 3 years now.
